Stones are set by hand in our South Louisiana studio.

At this time, we are not able to take special requests for stone color preferences and do not accept exchanges because of color variations.
*These tiny studs are sourced from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Almost everything at MIMOSA is handcrafted in Louisiana. But from time to time, we find "supporting actor" type pieces that go so well with our work, we add them to our collection for you!
Bronze first: Our bronze is a solid copper + tin alloy, lead free. Copper can react with the natural acids, sweat, and moisture in your skin. Some people may see a harmless green or blue mark. Others never do. It can even vary day to day based on humidity, activity, or hydration. This is normal and not a quality issue.
Tarnish & patina: Bronze darkens over time, just like sterling silver. That "dirty" look is natural oxidation (patina), not damage. A quick polish brings back a warm glow similar to 14k gold at a fraction of the cost. The trade off is a bit of maintenance.
Quick prevention tips:
• Remove before washing hands, swimming, showering, or heavy sweating.
• Dry well after wear.
• Apply a thin coat of clear nail polish or jewelry wax to the inside that touches skin if you are sensitive.
• Polish as needed with a treated jewelry cloth or gentle metal polish.
Want a lower-maintenance option? Many styles are also available in sterling silver or gold. Contact us and we will help you swap or upgrade.
General care for all MIMOSA jewelry:
• Check prongs that hold stones from time to time.
• If a hinge, clasp, or bracelet feels loose, please bring it in.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and cleaning products.
• Store dry in your cloth MIMOSA bag or a jewelry box when not wearing.
Professional care: We are happy to clean and check your piece anytime. Once a year is a good habit.

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
- Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 3-7 days of being placed.
- Exceptions: wholesale orders
- Orders containing out-of-stock (made to order) items can take 1-3 weeks to ship (though it's usually closer to 2 weeks).

- PRIORITY EXPRESS ($37) - USPS Priority Express provides next-day to 2–day delivery service once the package is mailed.

TRACKING
- A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once package is shipped if an email address was provided at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
- If you feel that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact the carrier for your order.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
- We not are accepting international orders at this time.
- Gold is not available for international shipping.

- If your order is damaged when you receive your package, please take a picture of the damage and send the picture to hello@mimosahandcrafted.com as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged items as quickly as possible, if the damage is our fault. MIMOSA is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping.
