What items are returnable?
- Items that were purchased or delivered within the last 90 days
- Items in their original, undamaged condition
- Pieces that are still part of our current inventory at time of return
What items are non-refundable?
- Items purchased or delivered more than 90 days ago
- Free gifts & promotional items
- Customized items
- All non-jewelry items (mugs, prints, t-shirts, hats, etc.)
Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?
- There are no charges for returns and no restocking fee for bronze or sterling silver items. A 5% restocking fee may be applied to exchange or return 14K gold pieces. See our 14k Gold FAQs page for more info.
- If there is a price difference in your exchange, we will contact you directly regarding refund or payment preferences.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it!
- Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving your item(s).
- Exchanges and Repairs can take up to 2-3 weeks.
