    LOCAL LOUISIANA CUSTOMERS - we can process light Repairs, and most Returns and Exchanges, at our brand new MIMOSA Shoppe located in Mid City, Baton Rouge! Click here for location and hours :) 

    What items are returnable?

    • Items that were purchased or delivered within the last 90 days
    • Items in their original, undamaged condition
    • Pieces that are still part of our current inventory at time of return

    What items are non-refundable?

    • Items purchased or delivered more than 90 days ago
    • Free gifts & promotional items
    • Customized items
    • All non-jewelry items (mugs, prints, t-shirts, hats, etc.)

    Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?

    • There are no charges for returns and no restocking fee for bronze or sterling silver items. A 5% restocking fee may be applied to exchange or return 14K gold pieces. See our 14k Gold FAQs page for more info.
    • If there is a price difference in your exchange, we will contact you directly regarding refund or payment preferences. 


    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it! 
    • Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving your item(s).
    • Exchanges and Repairs can take up to 2-3 weeks.
