Jewelry Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry like new, please follow these simple care guidelines:

• Prong Care: Regularly inspect the prongs holding your stones. If you notice any signs of wear or looseness, please bring it in for a checkup.

• Hinge Tightening: If your jewelry has a hinge (like a bracelet or clasp), check it periodically for tightness. If it feels loose, bring it in.

• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Always remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, or using cleaning products. Chemicals can damage both the metal and stones.

• Store with Care: When not in use, keep your jewelry safe by storing it in its cloth MIMOSA bag or jewelry box.
  

• Professional Maintenance: We recommend a professional cleaning and checkup once a year for the life of your piece!

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING

• Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 3-7 days of being placed. 
• Exceptions: wholesale orders 

• Orders containing out-of-stock (made to order) items can take 1-3 weeks to ship (though it's usually closer to 2 weeks).
• Why so long? We produce almost everything we offer in-house! Click here to check out our production process :)

• MIMOSA generally ships Monday-Friday. Days can vary depending on frequency and volume of orders.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Via USPS

• STANDARD SHIPPING ($6) - USPS First Class service usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered once the package is mailed.

• PRIORITY ($11) - USPS Priority service usually takes 1-3 business days to be delivered once the package is mailed.

• PRIORITY EXPRESS ($31) - USPS Priority Express provides next-day to 2–day delivery service once the package is mailed.

Via UPS

• UPS GROUND ($) - UPS Ground service usually takes 1-5 business days to deliver once the package is mailed.
  
  
• UPS 2ND DAY AIR ($$) - UPS 2nd Day Air usually takes 2 business days to deliver once the package is mailed.
  
  
• UPS NEXT DAY AIR ($$$) - UPS Next Day Air usually takes 1 business day to deliver once the the package is mailed.

TRACKING

• A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once package is shipped if an email address was provided at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

• If you feel that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact the carrier for your order.
  • Contact USPS to start a claim.
  • Contact UPS to start a claim.
     

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

• We not are accepting international orders at this time.
• Gold is not available for international shipping.

• If your order is damaged when you receive your package, please take a picture of the damage and send the picture to hello@mimosahandcrafted.com as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged items as quickly as possible, if the damage is our fault. MIMOSA is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping.
• MIMOSA strives to keep our prices fair and reasonable, however, prices are subject to change and will be updated on the website accordingly.
