Q: Do discounts, when offered, apply to 14K gold?
A: No, discounts only apply to most bronze and sterling silver pieces. Gold pieces are also not eligible for donation requests.

 

Q: Do your solid 14K gold pendants come on solid gold chains? 
A: You can select either a 14/20 gold-filled chain or a solid 14K gold chain for your 14K gold pendant on the product page.

 


Q: How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
A: Our 14K gold pieces are made to order, as we do not keep gold jewelry in stock. It will be at least 2 weeks before your order is ready. If you are hoping to receive your order by a certain date, contact us.


Q: Are there any shipping fees for 14K gold jewelry? 
A: Depending on the 14K gold piece purchased, there may be additional shipping charges.

    • 14K gold purchases totaling less than or equal to $299 will ship via USPS first class mail at no additional charge.

    • 14K gold purchases ranging from $300 - $999 will require an additional $15 charge. Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance.

    • 14K gold purchases ranging from $1,000 - $1,499 will require an additional $20 charge. Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and signature tracking.

    • 14K gold purchases greater than or equal to $1,500 will require an additional $30 charge. Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and signature tracking.

 

Q: Can you use my gold to make the MIMOSA piece I'm ordering? 
A: No. Unfortunately, we cannot melt down customer-supplied gold due to possible variations in the metals used. The gold we do use is 100% recycled 14K yellow gold.


Q: If needed, am I able to exchange my 14K gold MIMOSA jewelry?
A: Items that are in original condition, not damaged, and still in our current inventory can be exchanged without a restocking fee within 90 days* of the delivery date.

*Should there be a price difference and a need for a refund to the customer, that amount may be refunded back to the original payment method within 30 days of the delivery date.

For exchanges made between 31-90 days of the delivery date, that amount may only be refunded via store credit.

If we find that the items are not in original condition, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee before your exchange will be processed.

Q: If needed, am I able to return my 14K gold MIMOSA jewelry?
A: Items that are in original condition, not damaged, and still in our current inventory may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus a 5% restocking fee.

Items returned within 31-90 days of the delivery date will be eligible for store credit only. Items more than 90 days past their delivery date are not returnable

If we find that the items are not in original condition, your refund or store credit will be issued for the value of the piece minus the 5% restocking fee.
