How our ASL Jewelry came to be:
I originally made custom ASL-inspired jewelry for my long-time customers Tate and Sarah Tullier, who are both deaf. They posted their pieces online, and their friends immediately reached out hoping for some of their own. Together, we talked about continuing to make ASL-inspired jewelry. They said we should totally make it, so we did. :)
We decided that a portion of the purchase should go to a local nonprofit that supported the deaf community here in Louisiana. Tate and Sarah recommended Deaf Focus, so we've donated to them ever since.
Now, when you purchase any jewelry piece on our website, you can select "Deaf Focus" in the donation pull-down menu at checkout and a portion of your order will be donated to them.

- Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 3-7 days of being placed.
- Exceptions: wholesale orders
- Orders containing out-of-stock (made to order) items can take 1-3 weeks to ship (though it's usually closer to 2 weeks).

SHIPPING OPTIONS
- STANDARD SHIPPING ($5) - USPS First Class service usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered once the package is mailed.
- PRIORITY ($10) - USPS Priority service usually takes 1-3 business days to be delivered once the package is mailed.
- PRIORITY EXPRESS ($28) - USPS Priority Express provides next-day to 2–day delivery service once the package is mailed.

TRACKING
- A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once package is shipped if an email address was provided at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
- If you feel that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact USPS to start a claim.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
- We are accepting international orders from CANADA ONLY at this time.
- Gold is not available for international shipping.

- If your order is damaged when you receive your package, please take a picture of the damage and send the picture to hello@mimosahandcrafted.com as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged items as quickly as possible, if the damage is our fault. MIMOSA is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping.
