To keep your jewelry like new, please follow these simple care guidelines:

Hinge Tightening: If your jewelry has a hinge (like a bracelet or clasp), check it periodically for tightness. If it feels loose, bring it in.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Always remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, or using cleaning products. Chemicals can damage both the metal and stones.
Store with Care: When not in use, keep your jewelry safe by storing it in its cloth MIMOSA bag or jewelry box.
Professional Maintenance: We recommend a professional cleaning and checkup once a year for the life of your piece!

TRACKING
A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once package is shipped if an email address was provided at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you feel that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact the carrier for your order.
If your order is damaged when you receive your package, please take a picture of the damage and send the picture tohello@mimosahandcrafted.comas soon as possible. We will replace any damaged items as quickly as possible, if the damage is our fault. MIMOSA is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping.
