PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
- Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 3-7 days of being placed.
- Exceptions: wholesale orders
- Orders containing out-of-stock (made to order) items can take 1-3 weeks to ship (though it's usually closer to 2 weeks).

- STANDARD SHIPPING ($6) - USPS First Class service usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered once the package is mailed.
- PRIORITY ($11) - USPS Priority service usually takes 1-3 business days to be delivered once the package is mailed.
- PRIORITY EXPRESS ($31) - USPS Priority Express provides next-day to 2–day delivery service once the package is mailed.

TRACKING
- A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once package is shipped if an email address was provided at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
- If you feel that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact the carrier for your order.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
- We not are accepting international orders at this time.
- Gold is not available for international shipping.

- If your order is damaged when you receive your package, please take a picture of the damage and send the picture to hello@mimosahandcrafted.com as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged items as quickly as possible, if the damage is our fault. MIMOSA is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping.
