PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 3-7 days of being placed.
Exceptions: wholesale orders
Orders containing out-of-stock (made to order) items can take 1-3 weeks to ship (though it's usually closer to 2 weeks).
MIMOSA generally ships Monday-Friday. Days can vary depending on frequency and volume of orders.

STANDARD SHIPPING ($6) - USPS First Class service usually takes 2-5 business days to be deliveredonce the package is mailed.
PRIORITY ($11) - USPS Priority service usually takes 1-3 business days to be delivered once the package is mailed.
PRIORITY EXPRESS ($31) - USPS Priority Express provides next-day to 2–day delivery service once the package is mailed.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once package is shipped if an email address was provided at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you feel that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact the carrier for your order.
If your order is damaged when you receive your package, please take a picture of the damage and send the picture tohello@mimosahandcrafted.comas soon as possible. We will replace any damaged items as quickly as possible, if the damage is our fault. MIMOSA is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping.
