BASIC CLEANING SERVICES

Do you have any MIMOSA hanging out at the bottom of your jewelry box that needs some TLC? — Send it our way! We are always happy to make your MIMOSA feel brand new. 

Our basic cleaning services include the following:

• Cleaning any dirt or tarnish off your jewelry
• Reshaping misshapen rings and cuffs
• Polishing your jewelry so it shines like it did when you got it! 

*applies to MIMOSA jewelry only. Not available for wholesale jewelry purchases.*

BATON ROUGE DROP-OFF:

• Bring your jewelry to the MIMOSA Shoppe in Baton Rouge during our regular store hours. Our team will either clean it for you while you wait or will notify you once your jewelry has been cleaned and is ready for pickup. 
• Cleaning for ~10 pieces or less can usually be done same-day. Larger collections may require more processing time.

 

MAIL-IN JEWELRY FOR CLEANING:

Mail your jewelry to the address below with the following information, and we'll take it from there.

Once it's ready, we'll mail your jewelry back to you — shipping's on us! It will be sent in our standard padded envelope via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. *Customer must cover shipping to send jewelry TO MIMOSA. MIMOSA will cover return shipping.*

Tips for mailing your MIMOSA jewelry to us!

• We recommend mailing your MIMOSA jewelry back in a small box or padded envelope WITH tracking to promote a safer delivery!
  
  
• MIMOSA is not responsible for jewelry shipments lost in the mail. Please reach out to mailing service used to send your jewelry to MIMOSA.
  
  
• Consider using USPS Click-N-Ship to purchase postage. You can drop your MIMOSA in the mail to us without even leaving the house! 
  
  
• It's not required to use USPS, so if you already have an account set up with another mailing service, feel free to ship your MIMOSA to us through them.
