LOBLOLLY PINE NEEDLE COLLECTION
I first learned about the Loblolly pine (Pinus taeda) while studying Landscape Architecture. One of the key characteristics of the Loblolly is that it is a diploxylon pine — with stiff leaves arranged in bundles of 2-3 needles.
Those needles inspired these strips of metal that wrap around your wrist, starting in a bundle on one end and coming back together in a cluster on the other.
