- Polishing your jewelry so it shines like it first did when you got it
- Repairing a broken piece of jewelry or chain due to normal wear and tear
- Reshaping misshapen rings and cuffs
Q: How do I get my jewelry to you?

2. Download and Complete our Cleaning & Repair form and include it with your MIMOSA jewelry.
3. Package & Send your MIMOSA jewelry to our mailing address, below:

Tips for sending your MIMOSA jewelry to us!
- We recommend mailing your MIMOSA jewelry back in a small box or padded envelope to promote a safer delivery! If you're sending your MIMOSA back to us in regular letter envelope, make sure you wrap it up in bubble wrap, tissue paper, etc first.
- Consider using USPS Click-N-Ship to purchase postage. You can drop your MIMOSA in the mail to us without even leaving the house!
- It's not required to use USPS, so if you already have an account set up with another mailing service, feel free to ship your MIMOSA to us through them.
Please Note:
- Cleaning and repairs are available for MIMOSA jewelry only.
- Repairs and replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Services do not apply to gold jewelry or jewelry with diamonds.
